High Protein Acai Bowls (Clear Whey Acai)

This week, we're sharing a recipe for delicious high protein clear whey açai bowl recipe. We wanted to try to see if this is something that would work and açai is great but it doesn't have any protein in it. We also didn't think a regular whey protein such as vanilla or chocolate would work. We tried our clear whey and to our surprise it tasted pretty good. Just add the toppings you enjoy most.

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams Frozen Acai Mix
  • 1 scoop Clear Whey Isolate Strawberry Lemonade 
  • 30 grams Granola of choice
  • Top with what you like, we went with:
  • 15 grams dried cranberries
  • 5 grams desiccated coconut
  • 10 grams peanut butter
  • 5 grams nutella

Carbs - 56.2g
Fat 16.5g

 

Method: 

Scoop out your frozen açai mix into a blender (we used a nutribullet) and add 1 scoop of Clear Whey Isolate. Give it a good mix until all is combined. Then all you need to do is add the topping of your choice and enjoy. This recipe doesn't take longer than 5 minutes to prepare.
