Take 21.9 g (one 40 ml levelled scoop) in 200 to 300 ml of water.
Important: This product is moisture sensitive. Store container in a dry place with the lid secured at all times. Do not remove silica bag.

Store in a cool dry place with the lid tightly sealed. preworkouts may begin to solidify after a long period of being opened. If this happens make sure to weigh your serving size, but just break it apart with a spoon.
