Perfect for a post gym snack or a treat with a cuppa ☕️
What you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 scoop Perform chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup oats
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and use your hands to combine.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and roll the mixture into 12 even balls.
3. Melt some dark chocolate and a tsp of coconut oil and dip the truffles into it, placing back on the baking tray again.
4. Pop into the fridge to firm up and enjoy 🙌🏼
