Take 25 g (one 70 ml levelled scoop) in 300 ml of cold water.

Let sit for 1-2 minutes for the foam to go down.

As I don’t eat meat I need to find extra protein to add to my diet. Clear Whey Isolate by Perform is amazing as it’s easy to make, just mix water and drink. In my opinion it helps take the longing for sweets and sugar away too. I would recommend 🤩

Usual use the regular protein after work outs but have been trying to increase by protein recently. So along with a few dietary changes I ordered the clear whey protein. Very wary at first as I don't like flavoured protein but previous reviews were positive and wow I have to agree. Perform clear whey orange and passionfruit is beautiful very easy to take and helping me hit my targets.
