Take 25 g (one 70 ml levelled scoop) in 300 ml of cold water.

Let sit for 1-2 minutes for the foam to go down.

As I don’t eat meat I need to find extra protein to add to my diet. Clear Whey Isolate by Perform is amazing as it’s easy to make, just mix water and drink. In my opinion it helps take the longing for sweets and sugar away too. I would recommend 🤩
